Holland is a makeup and effects artist and wig maker based out of Winston-Salem, NC.
Holland is Director of the Wig & Makeup Program at UNC School of the Arts, where she earned her MFA in 2012. She also works with Human Analogue Applications to design, prototype, and produce surgical trainers. Holland is a makeup and effects artist for films, photo shoots and special events, and builds and styles wigs for film, theater, events, and everyday use. She is also a member of the artist co-op Delurk Gallery in downtown Winston-Salem.

In 2012 she received the Kryolan National Makeup Design Award, and was the first wig and makeup artist invited to display work in the USITT Young Designer's Forum.
Received 2nd place in the Don Post Mask Maker's competition at Mad Monster Party 2012.
Received the Focal Press Styling Award in 2010.
